What this site is

This website presents information about Rive Foundry's recruitment, investor introduction and community services. Nothing on it is an offer of employment, an offer to invest, investment advice or a guarantee of placement. Any engagement with us is governed by a separate written agreement signed for that specific mandate, which prevails over anything stated here.

Applying to the network

Anyone may apply. We review applications individually and may accept or decline any application at our discretion without giving reasons. Information you submit must be accurate and yours to share. Candidates are never charged a fee. Membership and event invitations may be withdrawn if these terms are breached.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or third-party information without authority.
• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or contact details from the site.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure.
• Use the site to send unsolicited commercial messages, or for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The Rive Foundry name, logo, site design, text and imagery are owned by Rive Foundry or used under licence. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use. You may not copy, republish or adapt any part of the site commercially without our written permission.

Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep the site accurate and available but do not guarantee either. Event dates, descriptions and service details may change. The site is provided "as is" and we may modify or withdraw any part of it at any time. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts of Geneva, Switzerland have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that give you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
