An ongoing concept: a Geneva AI strategy and engineering consultancy.

The story

77 is a concept I'm still working on: a consultancy in Geneva that helps companies with both the AI strategy and the build. Its line is "AI that works for your whole firm", meaning everyone in the company, including the people who don't use AI yet.

There are three services: Assess, Build and Scale. The main offer is a 30-day programme that goes from a first call to one workflow running in production, with the client's own team trained to run it. Data stays in Switzerland or in the client's own cloud and is never used for training.

I designed and wrote the site myself as a single static page in the Swiss International Typographic Style, in English, French and German. It uses one sans-serif font family, a mono font for data, sharp corners and one red accent.

What was worked out

  • Three services: Assess, Build and Scale
  • Main offer: a first workflow live in production in 30 days
  • Swiss data residency and an nFADP-aware trust section
  • A single static page in the Swiss typographic style, no build step

Themes

  • Built for Switzerland

Switzerland has four official languages, so my sites come in up to four of them. Some products connect to Swiss shops and trains, and hosting is in Switzerland or the EU by default.

  • Self-hosting and data sovereignty

Personal data stays on hardware its owner controls. For me that's a NAS behind a tunnel. Each Neonduck customer gets their own isolated server, and if they delete the account, the server is deleted too.

  • AI agents

I wanted a personal AI assistant that can do everything online for me, and it can even make phone calls. I build them with whichever models and tools fit best: Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, open models and plenty of plain code.

  • Ideas in the works

77, Van Roye and Miradouro are concepts I'm still working on. So far each one has a brand and a plan.

  • NeonduckA personal AI assistant that does everything online for you and can even make calls.
  • DbrainSelf-hosted memory for my AI assistants: verbatim records on a home NAS, served over MCP.
  • LightboxAI photo sorting for a self-hosted library, with keep scores and duplicate stacks.
