Miradouro
An ongoing concept: a quiet-luxury retreat on Portugal's Green Coast.

The story
Miradouro is a quiet-luxury real-estate and lifestyle brand in Alto Minho, on Portugal's northern Green Coast, away from the busy Lisbon and Algarve markets. There is no software in this one. I started it in 2025 and I'm still working on it.
So far I've written the pitch and the launch plan, researched the coastal market and the planning rules in the region, and set up a template to track land plots. The idea is to build modern villas adapted to the climate with local partners, with privacy, nature and an active life at the centre.
I fell in love with Alto Minho. It has 36 km of coast and 15 Blue Flag beaches, with almost nothing built on it. The plan is small groups of three to five villas near Caminha.

- A land-plot tracking template
- Planning research on the Caminha municipal master plan and urban regeneration plan
- Site plan: clusters of three to five climate-adapted villas per plot
